Bottle water filling machine adopts atmospheric pressure filling method, adopts high-precision, high-speed filling valve, accurate liquid level without liquid loss, ensuring excellent filling quality. No valve is opened without bottle, no liquid material is lost, ensuring excellent Filling quality.
The connection between the filling system and the capping system is smooth and the material in the bottle is not splashed. After the capping operation, the liquid level in the bottle can still be kept within the filling level.
There is a section of the air supply duct at the inlet end of the bottle to adjust the joint interface. When changing the shape of the bottle, it is not necessary to adjust the height of the bottle unscrambler and the whole air feed line. It is only necessary to adjust the height of the bottle end.
The bottle end is provided with a card bottle removing mechanism which is driven by the cylinder. When the bottle is clogged at the inlet end of the air delivery duct, the mechanism automatically removes the jammed bottle and prevents damage to the mechanism of the unscrambler due to the squeeze bottle.
A photoelectric switch is arranged near the inlet end, and when the air delivery bottle is arranged to the switch, the bottle unscrambler stops running. When the bottle leaves the set of switches, the unscrambler starts and keeps running.
